2006 Best Modern Commercial Renovation: Beverage
Station (Gourmet Cup Coffee) in Royal City
Centre, New Westminster BC won the award in the commercial renovations
category, a hotly contested
grouping that included 10 nominees. The renovation involved the
complete redesign of an existing
retail unit in the mall and the relocation to an open space next
to the elevators and food court.
