- Design a clean, comfortable, spacious, environment that is
as easy to shop as it is functional to merchandise and display.
- To maximize merchandise units per square foot to meet inventory/sales
requirements.
Key Solutions
- New Fun Style Logo Design that the core consumer could identify
with, growing up in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
- Designed an all custom modular fixture system to display and
manage merchandise capacities.
- Create merchandise features and relationship zones to display
merchandise stories of the season.
- Utilized colour to create key focal branding features and
assist in navigation.
- Designed “Diva Dressing Rooms” and fitting area’s
to meet the Customer’s need for comfort
and privacy.
Results
The Client exceeded all original budgeted forecasts and is very
happy with the final execution.

label textile products.
Project Objectives
- To inject new life into a mature retail concept that would
positively connect with new and existing customers.
- Create solutions for more effective merchandise capacity and
display opportunities.
- To achieve the above on an extremely tight budget.

- Up-dated the existing store name to incorporate the selling
proposition “for the home”.
- New contemporary Logo Design to better identify with their
core consumer.
